Shipping & Returns

Processing Time:
All beds listed as in-stock will be processed with 1-2 weeks. If purchased after they are listed as out of stock, your order will ship within 5-7 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer flat-rate and free shipping options within the continental United States. Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery Issues:
If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@zzzbeds.net within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Montessori bed. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any of these aren't met a return won't be granted.

If your return is accepted, buyer will need to cover return shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee (15% of item cost). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged/broken or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No replacements will be sent due to the coloring of the natural wood. All beds vary in wood color due to their natural state.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products such as special orders, personalized items or discontinued items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Cancellations
We accept cancellations of you order if the cancellation is requested within 24 hrs of your purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
